This site is operated by Dana Benrud, REALTOR® with Vegas Edge Realty, LLC. This policy explains what I collect and how I use it.

What I collect

When you submit a form, I receive what you enter (such as your name, email, phone number, property address and home-search preferences) plus the page you submitted it from, how you first found the site (for example the referring website or ad campaign) and the neighborhoods you viewed here, so I can tailor my reply and know which marketing works. That browsing context is stored only in your browser until you choose to send a form. Calculator inputs stay in your browser unless you choose to send them. This site may use analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel) that collect device and usage data through cookies.

How I use it

• To respond to you and provide the real estate services you ask about
• To send listings, guides and occasional market updates (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• To understand which pages are helpful and improve the site

Calls and texts

If you provide your phone number, you agree I may call or text you about real estate, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.

Sharing

I don’t sell your personal information. I share it only with service providers that help me operate (for example my CRM, email and website hosts), with professionals you ask to be connected with (such as a lender or inspector), with my brokerage as required for recordkeeping, or when required by law.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, reply STOP to texts, or email danabenrud@gmail.com to access, correct or delete your information. Nevada residents may submit a request to opt out of the sale of covered information to the same address. I do not sell covered information.
